Adding A Real Estate Company and Agents in Horizon

This will allow you to build a database of Companies and Agents so their information is available to you in your work orders. The database has companies at the top level, with as many agents as you like in each company.

Adding a Real Estate Company

1. Select "Profile"

 

2. Select “Settings” next to “Real estate agents” 

3. Select “Add New Company” 

4. Enter in the company details, and click “Save New”.

 

How to Add Real Estate Agents in Horizon

1. Select "Profile"

2.  Select “Settings” next to “Real estate agents” 

 

3. Select the name of the Company in your company list.

4. Select “Add New Agent”

 

5. Add the Agent’s name, details, and Notes and select “Add Agent”
