This tutorial guides you through enabling the necessary permissions for Horizon Mobile on iOS(Apple Devices). It covers how to grant access to features like the camera and photos, ensuring the app runs smoothly and you get the most out of its functionality.
(Enabling Horizon Mobile Permissions on IOS)
1. When you first install Horizon Mobile on your Apple device, open the Horizon Mobile Application.
2. From your Home screen, select an inspection.
3. Select any system in the report. But for this tutorial, I will select "Desc" beside Roofing.
4. Select any subcategory within Roofing/Description, but for this tutorial, I will select "General".
5. Select the Camera icon beside the item or defect. For this tutorial, I will select the Camera icon beside "Blank Item"
6. You will then be prompted with a message "Horizon Mobile 3 Would Like to Access the Camera".
7. Select "Allow"
8. You will then be prompted to take your photo:
9: Once you take your photo, you will be prompted with a message that says "Horizon Mobile 3 Would Like to Access Your Photo Library". Select "Allow Full Access"
10. After you "Allow full access", you will be able to access your photo library to select photos directly from your device when you select an Item or Defect using the photo gallery icon.
Enabling Permissions from iPhone Settings
This tutorial shows you how to enable all necessary permissions for the Horizon Mobile app directly through your iPhone settings. It's helpful if you weren’t prompted in the app or prefer to manage all permissions in one place to ensure full app functionality.
NOTE: These options will only be available for you to choose if you trigger them first in the Horizon Mobile app and want to update the settings later.
1. Select the "Settings" Icon 
from your iPhone.
2. Select "Apps"
3. In your list of Apps, select "Horizon Mobile 3"
4. Select "Photos".
5. You will be prompted to a message: "Horizon Mobile 3 Would Like to Access Your Photo Library". Select "Allow Full Access"
6. You will now see a checkmark beside Full Access:
7. Select the Back Arrow at the top left of the screen:
8. Select the toggle icon to the right of "Camera"
Once enabled, you will see the toggle turn green beside the camera:
Now that you have enabled these options, you will be able to access the camera and photo gallery in your Horizon Mobile app.

❓ Why can I not see Horizon Mobile in my list of apps in my phone settings?
→ If the Horizon Mobile app is not listed in your list of apps, you likely do not have the app installed yet. Please open the App store to download and install Horizon Mobile 3 on your device
❓ When I select the photo gallery icon beside an Item or Defect, I cannot see all my photos?
→ If you only see certain photos to choose from in your Gallery, you allowed only limited access to your photos. To enable full access follow the instructions to Enable Permissions from iPhone Settings
