In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to use the Horizon Mobile Photo Editor to add a circle to your inspection photos. Highlight important details, draw attention to specific areas, and make your reports even clearer for your clients and agents.
1. Open the Horizon Mobile app
2. Select the Inspection Address you will be working on.
3. Select "Description", "Recommendation" or "Limitation" beside the system you wish to work on.
Ex. Exterior/Description
4. Select a category. Ex. "Gutter & Downspout Material"
5. Select the "Camera" icon to take a photo or the "Image"
icon to select a photo from your gallery.
6. If the photo edit prompt is turned "On", you will be asked "Do you want to edit your photo?"
7. Select "Yes"
NOTE: If the photo edit prompt is set to "Off" in your Home Settings, you will NOT receive the prompt and will need to select the "Photo Edit" icon in the Notes section
8. Select "Elipse" at the bottom right of the photo editor to add the circle to the photo
9. Hold your finger on the part image to start forming the circle.
10. Slide your finger in the direction of the part you would like to draw attention to.
11. Remove your finger from the screen to set the position of the circle.
NOTE: If you'd like to make adjustments to the circle, please place your finger on one of the blue dots of the circle and update the direction and size.
12. Once you are satisfied with the size and direction of the circle. Tap anywhere else on the image to set the circle.
13. Once you are satisfied with all updates made to the image, select the "Yellow Check Mark: at the top right of the editor to save your photo edits.
14. Select "Save"
You have now added a circle to your image!
