  1. Open an inspection’s report writing screen

  2. Click Customize at the top right of the screen

  3. Click the relevant system and Description tab (e.g. Roofing Description)

  4. Click the item you want to edit

  5. Click the Auto-include box to have the item automatically appear in all future reports

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window

  7. Click Back to Report Writing at the top left of the screen
