How do I edit the text of a Limitation item?

Learn how-to edit / update the text / name of a standard Limitation item.

  1. Open an inspection’s report writing screen

  2. Click Customize at the top right of the screen

  3. Click the relevant system and Limitations tab (e.g. Exterior Limitations)

  4. Click the item you want to edit

  5. Update the text - this field supports a maximum of 8,000 characters

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window

    Back at the Customize screen the updated item displays the next text.

  7. Click Back to Report Writing at the top left of the screen
