How do I link a website to a Description item?

Learn how-to link a website to a Description item.

  1. Open an inspection’s report writing screen

  2. Click Customize at the top right of the screen

  3. Click the relevant system and Description tab (e.g. Roofing Description)

  4. Click the item you want to edit

  5. Update the URL field with the relevant website link

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window
    savesave

  7. Click Back to Report Writing at the top left of the screen
    click-back-to-report-writing

    When added to a report this Description item will now link to the chosen website.
