How do I see my Discount(s) have been Applied to an Invoice?
In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the steps to quickly check and confirm that your discount(s) have been successfully applied to an invoice in the Horizon software. By the end of this tutorial, you'll be able to easily verify your discounts and ensure everything is accurate. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Open the inspection’s work order from your Home screen
Step 2: From the work order, click “Download Invoice”
Step 3: Discounts are shown with brackets around the discounted amount, such as the one demonstrated in this example:
Troubleshooting & FAQs
❓ Is there another way to see the discount applied to the invoice?
→ Yes! Alternatively, you can also go to Inspection Type and Fee within a work order and any discounts on the invoice will display with a negative symbol (-) ahead of the discounted amount
