How To "Push Only" Your Data for a Specific Report on Horizon Mobile.

This tutorial walks you through how to “Push Only” the data from the specific report you're currently editing to the Horizon web app. Ideal when you want to update one report without syncing your entire device.


1. From the Home Screen, select the Inspection you are working on.


2. Select the 3 Dots at the top right of the report to access the "Report Menu"


3. Select "Push Only"


4. Once the data has been pushed, you will receive a message: "Report Successfully Synced"


NOTE: If you are up to date with pushing your data for an inspection report, you will receive the message: "Report Already Up to Date".

❓ Why is My Data Taking Too Long to Sync?

→ Long syncing times can be caused by a couple of factors, such as:

1. Not syncing periodically and leaving your sync at the very end.

Or

2. Cellular service is not as strong.

Periodically syncing your data will alleviate more items being pushed at one time, but also ensures data does get pushed to the web throughout your inspection.
