How to Sync your data With Horizon Mobile
This tutorial shows you a faster way to sync your reports, data, and settings—from Horizon to Horizon Mobile—while also reminding you of the original FULL SYNC option. Let's get to it!
NEW SYNC OPTION: Pull Down to Sync:
1. On the Home screen, look for the message that says “Pull Down to Sync.” To perform a FULL SYNC, simply place your finger anywhere in the open space on the screen and swipe downward.
2. You will notice a spinning wheel under the "Home" title at the top of the screen. Once the sync is complete, a message will appear that says “Refresh Complete.”
Classic Sync: Full Sync via Home Menu:
1. To do a FULL SYNC, select the burger menu button from the Home screen:
2. Select "FULL SYNC".
3. When the FULL SYNC is complete, you’ll see a message that says “Syncing Complete.”
Troubleshooting & FAQs
❓ Why is my new inspection not appearing after doing a full sync?
→ After you have already booked the inspection on the Horizon Web application, please ensure that from the work order, you select "Write Report" to move the inspection to "In progress" which will allow you to then move the inspection to the mobile app after doing a full sync.
