I can't take a Photo in Horizon Mobile
Learn how to change the permissions of your Horizon Mobile App for iOS/Android
If you are unable to take a photo in Horizon Mobile, it is likely due to your app permission settings.
To change this setting on iPhone/iPad:
1) Go to the Settings app.
2) Scroll down until you see Horizon Mobile & tap it.
3) Switch the Camera position to on (green). (Fig .1)
4) Also ensure that Photos is set to 'All Photos'.

To change this setting on an Android Phone/Tablet:
1) Go to the Settings app.
2) Scroll down until you see Horizon Mobile & tap it.
3) Switch the Camera position to on (green). (Fig .2)
4) Also ensure that Storage is enabled.
