Horizon Mobile 3
LG Camera issue
There have been multiple reported issues of our Horizon Mobile App crashing when trying to take a photo using LG-brand phones on the Android 8.1 platform.
The LG camera app, which is written by LG and replaces the native Google camera app has a bug. This may be repaired in a future Android Operating system update.
We would recommend to use a third-party camera app to override the stock LG camera:

When you take your first photo it will ask "which app do you want to use to take the photo" to which you select "Open Camera" and also make sure that the "always use this app" checkbox is checked. You shouldn't be prompted again and Horizon Mobile will just continue working.
