How do I reset my password?

Reset your password when you are not logged into Horizon

Important Reminder:
If your account is locked after 3 failed attempts, you must wait 15 minutes before retrying to login.

  1. Navigate to www.discoverhorizon.com

  2. Click Lost Password?

  3. Enter your username/email address and click Email me a reset password link!

  4. You will receive an email with a Your Password Reset Request subject line. Open the email and click the reset password link.

  5. Enter your new password - your new password must be between 4 and 10 characters in length and contain only numbers or letters.

  6. Click Submit
