In this tutorial, we will guide you through the various places where your logo will appear within the Horizon platform. Whether it’s on reports, contracts, or other documents, we’ll walk you through the process of ensuring your logo is properly displayed across different sections of the system. By the end of this tutorial, you’ll have a clear understanding of how to manage your logo’s appearance and ensure brand consistency throughout your interactions on Horizon.
After you have uploaded your company logo in the "Primary" link in the Title page logos/images section of the Profile, the company logo will now appear in the following areas:
1. INSPECTION REPORT
When you preview or publish the final version of your report, the company logo will appear, on the title page of the Inspection Report. Depending on which title page you select, the logo can appear at the bottom left, bottom right or bottom center of the title page.
2. INVOICE
When an invoice gets generated, you will see the logo at the top right of the page.
3. CONTRACT
When you send the contract to the client either by itself or with the confirmation email to sign, you will see the logo at the top right of the contract.
4. ONLINE BOOKING SITE
When you access your online booking website, the logo will be located at the top right of the page.
5. HORIZON MARKETER EMAILS
Each Horizon marketer email will include the logo found at the top of the email before the message.
