How to Call a Customer or Agent on Horizon Mobile
This tutorial shows you where to find and how to use the "Call" option to quickly call a customer or agent, making communication faster and more convenient during your inspections.
1. From the Home screen, select the Map icon to the left of the inspection you are working on:
2. Select "Call (Agent or Buyer name)".
3. Select the Phone number that appears at the bottom associated with the Client or Agent.
4. Your device will now call the Client or Agent on your device and direct you back to the Horizon Mobile application when you hang up the call.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
❓ Why is there not a button to call the phone number after you select the map icon?
→ There must be a phone number in the client's information or a phone number associated with the agent to ensure that the button to "Call Cell #" is available.
❓ I added a phone number to the client's information or the agent's information. Why is the button to call the client or agent still not on my app?
→ If you just added the phone number in the work order, you will need to do a full sync on the mobile app to update the changes that you made. See tutorial: "How to sync your data to Horizon Mobile"
