How to Text a Customer or Agent on Horizon Mobile
This tutorial introduces a new feature in Horizon Mobile that shows you where to find and how to use the texting option to quickly message a customer or agent, making communication faster and more convenient during your inspections.
(NEW) How to Text the Agent or Customer:
1. From the Home screen, select the Map icon to the left of the inspection you are working on:
2. Select "SMS (Agent or Buyer name)".
3. You will be directed to your messages application to write your text message to the recipient with the phone number pre-populated.

❓ Why is there not a button to call the phone number after you select the map icon?
→ There must be a phone number in the client's information or a phone number associated with the agent to ensure that the button to "Call Cell #" is available.
❓ I added a phone number to the client's information or the agent's information. Why is the button to call the client or agent still not on my app?
→ If you just added the phone number in the work order, you will need to do a full sync on the mobile app to update the changes that you made. See tutorial: "How to sync your data to Horizon Mobile"
